Interclub Update – Leinster Men’s Trophy

Our Leinster Men’s Trophy team did not fare as well unfortunately. They lost out to a strong Enniscorthy team by the narrowest of margins. They fought valiantly all the way but the Wexford men just had that little bit extra on the day. Manager Colum Lynch can be rightly proud of his teams performance. The team were missing a few crucial members on the day, but, such is sport, and we wish Enniscorthy the very best of luck going forward in the competition. The team was John Buggy, Ronan Walsh and Shay Kennedy at home, while away we had Marty O’ Shea, Ciaran O’ Neill, Ciaran Kelly and Mark O’ Dowda. Hard luck lads but the effort all year was magnificent.
